Q: When is the Gallery open?
A: Gallery 107 @ Dalby is open from 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday and 9:30am – 12:30pm on Saturday. We are closed Public Holidays. The Gallery does close periodically to install major exhibitions. Q: What does it cost to visit the Gallery?
A: Admission is free unless stated otherwise. As a volunteer managed gallery all donations are gratefully accepted and help to ensure we are able to continue to offer enriched cultural experiences in our region. If you would like to donate please contact us directly to organise a Tax Deductible Receipt.
Q: Where can I park?
A: Gallery 107 @ Dalby is temporarily located at the Dalby Arts Centre on Marble St (creekside) with limited on street parking in front of the building. Additional parking can be found around the streets close to the gallery site. We apologise for any inconvenience during our residency at this location and hope this will not be a deterrent for visitors.
Q: Can I bring food and drink into the Gallery?
A: Food and drink and art galleries are not a good combination but bottles of water are permitted. When you arrive, see one of the volunteer at the information desk about leaving food and drink items there while you explore our exhibitions and collect them again as you leave.
Q: Am I allowed to carry my bag around the Gallery?
A: One small bag or handbag per person is fine. Bulkier items such as backpacks, or multiple bags, should be checked in at the information desk upon arrival.
Q: Is it OK to take photos or film in the Gallery?
A: Put simply the answer is yes and no. At the end of the day, we want you to have a great visit and take away lasting memories. If you have any photography or filming questions we recommend you speak with one of our Gallery volunteers upon arrival so you know what’s allowed.
Q: Are the artworks on show in your exhibitions for sale?
A: Gallery 107 @ Dalby is a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) organisation and does present exhibitions of art work for sale on occasions. If there’s an artist or artwork you really like, please check at the gallery information desk to determine availability and pricing.
